Inclement Weather

If ADM Schools cancel or dismiss early due to bad weather, Tumbling and Dance Lessons will be cancelled that day. Note: There WILL NOT be classes cancelled for teacher in-service days or other school cancellations not due to weather, unless noted in the schedule. Saturday Tumbling Classes will be notified if weather cancellations are necessary.

Parent Observation

The blinds will be open the First Lesson of Each Month for parental viewing. This allows parents to observe their child's progress, and minimizes distractions during weekly classes. Please do not allow unattended children in the lobby. Thank-You!

Class Adjustments

We may find in necessary to place a student in a different class due to age or ability level. This will not be done without careful consideration and conversation with a parent.

Attire

Tumbling: Girls should wear a leotard, and boys a t-shirt and shorts. No clothing with zippers. Please stay away from baggy clothing, as it makes spotting difficult and unsafe. All girls with long hair must wear it tied up. All students go barefoot to avoid slipping on the mats. Jewelry (excluding small earrings) should not be worn during class.
Dance: Leotard, tights, and proper shoes should be worn at all times. Ballet shorts or skirts may be worn over the leotard. Jazz shirts (not baggy) may be worn if they do not obstruct the view of proper body alignment. Boys should wear shorts or pants (not sweats), and a t-shirt (preferably not baggy). Jewelry (excluding small earrings) should not be worn during class.

Attendance

All lessons must be paid for whether or not your child attends, as a place has been reserved for them. Please make every effort to have your child attend their weekly class on a regular basis. Good attendance is important for your child's progess in preparation of the Tumbling Meet and Dance Recitals. Students and their famillies are involved in many activities and conflicts may occur. Requests for make-ups seem reasonable to parents, but honoring these requests are not always possible and can result in an over-crowding of classes in which no student can benefit. Please make good attendance a priority!

Consideration Policy

If your child decides to discontinue lessions before the session they are currently enrolled in is completed; please notify us PRIOR to the beginning of the month they no longer plan to attend. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, can minimize any additional fees you owe, and may allow someone else to participate in our program.

We look forward to an enjoyable and successful year together!
