Girls: Wear a leotard or unitard. Athletic shorts if they prefer. No clothing with zippers. Please stay away from baggy clothing, as it makes spotting difficult and unsafe. All girls with long hair must wear it tied up and out of their eyes. All students go barefoot to avoid slipping on the mats. Jewelry (excluding small earrings) should not be worn during class.

Boys: Wear a t-shirt tucked in and shorts or pants (no baggy sweatpants).
